What is the Return policy period applicable for different categories?
The new returns policy of 10 days Trial Period for Software Application. Orders placed before August, 2020 will have the earlier policy which can be viewed in the order details on My Orders page.
QRCode based Food Application may not have the installation Fee return policy beacuse it's subscription based application.
A Return & Refund Policy establishes the conditions under which customers can return products purchased from your shop and whether or not you will compensate them. It will also inform your clients of the time frame in which they can return items to your organisation.
Accepting a return and issuing a refund may be appropriate if your consumer is instantly unsatisfied with a purchase or if the product isn't performing properly.
